I am sure we have all seen an amazing teacher or two. I liked most of my teachers, and thought they did a good job. But there were a few who were awesome! The teacher in this video is one of "those" teachers!
I think teachers should be paid based on performance. Not just grades, or test scores...but some review that can find and reward teachers like this guy. He clearly goes above and beyond!
There are a lot of videos of these kids on YouTube, and I like most of their stuff. This video was my favorite though. (Thanks to Perez Hilton for bringing these kids to my attention!)

Wouldn't it of been cool to have sang "cool" songs when we were in school? I think music class woulda been more fun.
